The deposit is a fixed half of the fee, stated in writing when the office accepts, paid electronically before she sets out, and never returned on cancellation.
A five-star hotel guarantees a late arrival with a card; the house guarantees a reservation with half its price. The share is fifty percent, always: a single fixed proportion, identical for every guest and never negotiated. At the moment of acceptance the office names the precise amount in the WhatsApp thread, and that amount has to clear before she sets out for the hotel.
Half in advance confirms:
One reservation stands outside that list: a same-day massage of one or two hours for a returning guest. It is paid entirely in the room, and it is the exception, not the rule.
Two therapists booked for two hours cost EUR 720, EUR 360 of it paid up front. Three hours with one therapist cost EUR 540, EUR 270 of it paid up front. Ninety minutes for a newcomer cost EUR 270, EUR 135 of it paid up front.
The deposit travels by card, Revolut, Wise or cryptocurrency, the four routes that settle electronically before anyone moves. Bank transfer is refused. Cash cannot serve either, because cash comes with the therapist and settles the balance. Instructions for sending the deposit are written only into the confirmed WhatsApp thread, once acceptance has been given there, never earlier and never by anyone else.
A guest who later withdraws does not recover it, and a month of warning is treated like an hour. Why that is so appears under cancellation and refunds; the house sets out every clause on its cancellation policy; and the half paid in the room is explained under balance on arrival.
